How to apply
Follow the below steps
1- Application must be made by sending a summary text to our congress. Submit your abstract in word format from the Submit Paper section by May 10, 2025 at the latest. If you are sending an abstract in Turkish, it is mandatory to add an English abstract.
2- If your abstract is accepted (the evaluation process usually takes 3-5 days), you will be informed.
3- The fees for the accepted abstracts must be paid by May 15, 2025 at the latest and the receipt must be sent to the congress e-mail address. Thus, your registration for participation in the congress will be completed.

4- There is no obligation to send a full text to our congress. Only abstracts are published in the proceedings book with ISBN. However, if you wish to have your full text published, please send it to sdyapayzeka@sinop.edu.tr by 17:00 on May 23, 2025 at the latest. When sending your full text, it is strongly requested that you also send the similarity report
